The Work of Byron Katie is a way of identifying and questioning the thoughts that cause all the anger, fear, depression, addiction, and violence in your world. It is a simple yet powerful process of inquiry that teaches you to identify and question the thoughts that cause all the your suffering. It’s a way to understand what’s hurting you and to address the cause of your problems with clarity.

People who do The Work as an ongoing practice commonly report:

First introduced to ‘The Work’ in 2009, I have actively engaged this practice in my daily life. Following a series of classes and book groups, I attended The School for the Work in March 2013. With 4 years of facilitating ‘The Work’, I am excited to share this process with you.
